Time Scale - Orders are only processed when payment is received.

Orders for UK Limited companies are formed in about 3 hours if order has been place during week days between 1.30am to 1.30 pm, if your order has been placed after 1.30 pm your company will be incorporated the following day or if the order is placed after 1.30 pm on a Friday your company will be incorporated on the following Monday. Sometime it may take between 2-6 working days for incorporation if you have opted for an LLP or PLC. Sometime delays occur due to Companies House own back log due to Volume which is out of our control but you will be regularly updated about the status of your order.
